Amelia Velasquez
Amelia Velasquez, 49, of Greenville died July 12, 2008, in Dallas. She was born May 30, 1959, in Xicotencatl, Tamaulipas, Mexico, to Pedro and Isidra Magdaleno. She worked at Greencrest Manor. Amelia is survived by her husband, Jose Velasquez; a son, Jose Francisco Velasquez; daughter Isidra Velasquez; brothers Tirso, Ernesto, Jose and Pedro Magdaleno; and sisters Lala, Virjina, Christina, Gualupe and Ramona Magdaleno. A funeral service mass is at 11 a.m. today in St. William’s Catholic Church in Greenville. Arrangements are by Lynch Funeral Service.
