Funeral services for Alvin Eual Vittitoe, 58-year-old Celeste area resident, were held Monday, March 21, 1966, at 2:30 PM in the Lee Street Methodist Church in Greenville with the Rev. Guy Wilson, the Rev. H. V. Caraway, and the Rev. C. B. Garrett officiating.

Burial was in Forest Park Cemetery, under the direction of Sorrells & Sons Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were Howard Williamson, Cecil Canada, B. O. Comer, Albert Jenkins, Scott Wright, and Harold Morris.

Mr. Vittitoe a native of Caddo Mills, lived in Royse City and Josephine before moving to his home on Highway 24 north of Greenville.  He died there Saturday afternoon, March 19, 1966, following a three-month illness.
