CAPT. P. H. W. SPENCER, assisted by that model young gentleman and prince of good fellows, Charlie Jones, manages Uncle Sam’s postal business at this place. Capt. Spencer is the first democratic postmaster that Greenville has had since it assumed its present commercial importance. The Capt. and Charlie keep the office in tip top style. They are careful and attentive, over courteous and respectful, and appear to be happiest when they are accommodating the public. They are the right men in the proper place and the people of Greenville are well satisfied with their services.
