James B. Medlock, Jr., son of James and Samantha Medlock, was born June 4, 1923 in Mexia, TX. With a 6th grade education, James made his living in the Cotton industries. James met and married his wife and remained faithful to her until sudden death in 1964. To this union were born 10 children. James also worked the lands of Waxachie and the upper northern panhandle area of Texas, Lubbock, Floydada, Cotton Center, and Hale Center, TX before returning to Limestone Co. to retire. James now resides in the City of Coolidge. If you were to meet James, you would meet a very funny and energetic 83 year old man.
