Located on the old York
farm owned by Wesley York. It is located northeast of
Jefferson near Highway 49 and Farm to Market Road 248. A 1960 survey indicated there were several unmarked, but well defined graves other than the marked ones of Wesley York and the Logans. |

Heavily
grown with brush and briars, located in the woods about 1/4
mile southeast of the Arkla Gasoline Plant, Halls Community. Copied May 19, 1968 by B R Randolph. Used here with permission. Inside a broken down fence two
large graves that are heaped with ironstone and this
headstone. About 20 feet away a
single stone with: (note by Mr Randolph:
There is a stone down the hill which I could not find. We
