Annie Aycock

COLORADO CITY - Annie L. Aycock, 103, died Sunday at a local hospital.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church Chapel with the Rev. Ken Baker officiating. Burial will be in Colorado City Cemetery, directed by Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Aycock was born in Paris, Tex., and moved to Colorado City in 1916. She was a homemaker and an 80-year member of First Presbyterian Church. She married Robert Aycock Sr. in 1917 in Colorado City; he preceded her in death.

Survivors include one son, Robert Aycock Jr. of Colorado City; two daughters, Mary Jane Smith of Crane and Elizabeth Gallegos of Memphis, Tenn.; seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
