COLORADO CITY (RNS) ~~ Funeral services are pending for Mrs. Bessie De Long,
47, who died Sunday afternoon in Johnson Hospital after a short illness.
Mrs. De Long was born January 31, 1918 in Hunt County and had moved from
Macon County, Georgia to Mitchell County last week.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Joan Park of Louisiana; a son, Horace De
Long of Colorado City; three brothers, Cullen Payne of Loraine, Lester of
McGregor and Collin of Coahoma; two sisters, Mrs. Mona Davis of Merkel, Mrs.
Sam Tarter of Colorado City; and eight grandchildren.
