ETHEREDGE, Bobby Jr

  Carthage - Services for Bobby Thereedge Jr, 43, of Carthage will be 2pm today, March 16, 2005, at Hawthorn Funeral Home Chapel with Dr Tom Campbell and Brother Kevin Cook officiating. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery.
  Bobby Ray Etheredge Jr was born November 11, 1961, in Orange, to Bobby Ray Sr and Loretta Hodges Etheredge. He attended Carthage schools, graduating with the "Class of 1979". Bobby attended Panola College and TSTC, where he graduated summa cum laude. He worked as a safety manager for the rail service at Texas Eastman. Bobby was known for his love of sports, the Texas Longhorns, and Taylor. He spent many years coaching and umpiring. Besides baseball, Bobby enjoyed playing golf.
  Survivors include his loving wife, Lessie Etheredge of Carthage; parents, Bobby Sr and Loretta Etheredge of Carthage; daughters, Ashley Wilkerson of Kilgore, Scarlett Thompkins of Florida, Lindsey Hughes of Carthage, and Stephanie Hughes of Carthage; the apple of his eye, Taylor Hughes of Carthage; brothers, Jeff Etheredge and wife Amy of Beckville, and Scott Etheredge and wife Selinda of Scottsville; sister, Robin 'Sissie' Smith and Terry of Carthage; numerous nieces, nephews and other family members; and a host of friends.
  Pallbearers will be Kevin Jones, Larry E Hennigan, Micah Falgout, Kenny Jones, Anthony Hennigan and Terry Smith.
