More Information: "There was an affidavit in the Pension file of my ancestor Shepherd McNabb, executed in Red River County, Texas on 21 September 1903 when his widow Mary applied for a pension based on his service in the Indian Wars (Cherokee Wars) in Georgia in 1837. This affidavit of J. M. McClesky and T. A. Cline stated that they were present when Shepherd McNabb died on 11 October 1902 and they had helped bury him in the Woodland Graveyard. I doubt very much if he has a tombstone. Are you interested in posting this information? His Widow died at RR2, Jennings, Oklahoma on February 21, 1915. I don't know where she is buried. Carolyn S.
