On motion it is ordered that James E. Hopkins, John Roberts, John
Robbins, Henry Stout, and James Rowson, be appointed Commissioners to
view and mark out a road from the Courthouse in the town of Jonesboro
in Miller County to the house of William Gragg in the Sulphur Fork
settlement in Miller and it is further ordered by the Court that John
Robbins and James E. Hopkins be appointed overseers of said road and
that John Stiles, a Justice of the Peace, apportion the hands to said
James E. Hopkins and that James W. Green, a Justice of the Peace,
apportion hands to the said John Robbins and that the Sheriff of Miller
County deliver a copy of this order to each person herein named on or
before the Twentieth day of August next. |
