United States in the County of Miller aforesaid, consisting of one
dwelling house, out houses and about six acres of land cleared and
enclosed with a rail fence and unlawfully and forcibly took possession
of the said improvement tenement and farm of him the said Benjamin R.
Milam and him the said John Morton with force and strong hand as
aforesaid did expel and unlawfully put out of possession of the same
and the John Morton does unlawfully, unjustly and with strong hand
deforce and still keep out of possession of the same, you the sheriff
of Miller County are commanded -- in behalf of the United States to cause
to come before us upon the fifteenth day of June, 10 o'clock forenoon,
one thousand eight hundred and thirty-five at the house of James Smith
in the said county twelve good and lawful men of your county to be
empannelled and sworn to enquire into the forcible entry -- and -- detainer
before described.
Given under our hands and seals this the fourth day of June, A. D. 1835.
