W. T. Hutchinson was killed in the Battle of Iuka, Miss., Sept. 19, 1862.

J. C. Hutchinson was wounded in the hand at Hatchie Bridge, Oct. 5, 1862. His home was at Avery.

Garrett Igo was captured at Carter's Creek, Tenn., April 27, 1863, and also Satartia, Miss. His residence was at Idabel, Oklahoma.

M. C. Johnson died of disease at Columbus, Miss., in 1862.

S. C. Jamison was discharged by reason of disability in 1862 and died at his home in July, 1862.

I. A. Kelley returned to his residence near Lindale.

J. N. Kirk was captured at Middleburg, Tenn., Dec. 25, 1862, was exchanged, and returned home. He died at his home only a few years ago in Titus County.

Wiley Kirk's whereabouts are unknown. Reported to be living in Missouri.

Alex Kirk was captured at Hatchie Bridge. He was exchanged and reported to be living in Missouri nearly 50 years ago.

C. J. Kirk was said to have been killed in a personal difficulty in Red River County.

Stephen Kirk died of disease, time and place unknown.

I. H. Lawson was discharged by reason of overage in 1862. He died at the home of his son, Lark Lawson, in Annona, Texas, February 23, 1911, at the age of 80 years.

D. F. Latimer returned home to his residence at Madras.

R. H. Littleton was said to have died in Red River County soon after the war.

M. H. Lyons was lost on first retreat from Corinth in 1862.
