Wm. Shemwel was received by transfer from Gould's Regiment. His whereabouts are unknown.

D. F. Smith was captured at Hatchie Bridge, Oct. 5 and was afterwards exchanged. He is said to be dead.

Billy Smith was discharged in May by reason of underage. His residence is in Blossom, Texas.

J. W. Stiles returned home at the close of the war and died here at his home June 24, 1908.

E. P. Stone returned home and died at his home in De Kalb, in December, 1907.

Lester Stone was discharged by reason of underage in May, 1862. He became sick and died on his way home.

W. J. Swain was elected Second Lieutenant, Jr., of Company F at the reorganization of the army in May, 1862, and went up by promotion to the rank of First Lieutenant before the close of the war. He was captured at Carter's Creek, afterwards paroled until exchanged. He afterwards resigned and went home, where he died at Austin, Texas, Dec. 21, 1904.

Robert Swann was discharged about the 10th of Feb., 1863, by reason of overage. He died at his home near English in 1895.

A. J. Teenor was captured at Hatchie Bridge, Miss., Oct. 3, 1862, exchanged, and afterwards wounded in the hand at Thompson's Station, Tenn. He returned home to his residence at Dimple, Texas.

J. W. Teenor was slightly wounded in the breast at Oakland, Miss., Dec. 3, 1862. He returned home after the close of the war and died there. The date of his death is unknown.

Wm. Terry was wounded in the head near Atlanta, Ga., July 4, 1864. He returned home at the close of the war. His residence is unsettled at present.

R. W. Thompson served as Chaplain of the Legion quite a while. His residence is at Dallas, Texas.
