Bob Farrell Dies; Services Held Tuesday at 2 p.m.
Funeral services for Robert E. (Bob) Farrell, 55, who died Sunday afternoon at 4:45 in a Galveston Hospital were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Gipson Funeral Home Chapel.
Rev. Thomas McKee of the First Baptist church in Hampshire conducted the services, assisted by Rev. Jack Lee, pastor of the Bethel Chapel Baptist Church, Pineland, and the Rev. W. K. Perkins, pastor of the United Pentecostal church of Pineland.
Burial under the direction of Gipson Funeral Home, was in City Cemetery, Hemphill.
Mr. Farrell was born in Many, Louisiana. He came to Sabine County at the age of 16 and had lived here since then.
Survivors are his four stepchildren, Mrs. Rayburn Beard, Jasper, Mrs. May Worry, Voth, Burton Thompson, Buna, Herbert Thompson, of Evadale, four grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs. Ruby Gray of Pineland, Mrs. Lizzie Peters, Kirbyville, Mrs. Aldo Briggs, Vidor, and one brother, Leo Oxley, Pineland.
Pallbearers were Rex Defee, J. T. Barlow, L. J. Dickerson, Terrell Ener, Doyle Amason, and W. J. Barlow.

O. FERGUSON, 73 OF BON AMI DIES
Funeral Services Are Scheduled For Today
KIRBYVILLE (Spl) – Funeral services for Oscar Ferguson, 73, of Bon Ami community will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Friendship Church. The Rev. Jess Hensarling of Jasper will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Dan Robertson of Jasper.
Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of E. E. Stringer Funeral Home of Kirbyville, Pallbearers will be Charles Brashear, Peter Holmes, Fred Whitten, Billy Nichols, Rainey Ferguson and Tom Mitchell.
The body will be at the family home until time for services. Ferguson died at 4:20 a.m. Monday in his home after a short illness. He was a native of Anderson County and had lived most of his life in the Hemphill and Kirbyville areas. He was a Baptist minister, a farmer and a retired employe (sp) of Jasper-Newton Electric Co-operative Inc. He was a veteran of World War I and was a member of Mt. Union Baptist Church.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Nancy Ferguson; a daughter, Mrs. Nadine Whitten of Kirbyville; two sisters, Mrs. Cassie Biscamp of Dallas and Mrs. Bertha Biscamp, address unknown; 11 randchildren (sp) and eight-grandchildren.

Mrs. Flournoy Dies Saturday
Mrs. Rachel Elizabeth Flournoy, 53, of Pineland, died Saturday at 11:20 a.m. at City Memorial Hospital in Lufkin.
Funeral service were held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Church of Christ in Pineland with Doyle Bullock officiating, assisted by the Rev. Carol Allen, pastor of First Baptist church of Pineland.
Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery in Wells, Texas under the direction of the Starr Funeral Home of Hemphill.
Survivors include her husband, Carlie Flournoy of Pineland; her mother, Mrs. Martha Grubbs of Wells; three daughters, Mrs. Maxine Hamilton of Freeport, Mrs. Doris Morrison of Pineland and Mrs. Nell Clark of Houston; two sons, J. C. Flournoy of Wells and Ray Flournoy of Thibodeaux, La; three sisters, Mrs. Jeannie Shoemaker of Wells, Mrs. Exer V. Green of Woodston, Kansas, and Mrs. Dorothy Ferguson of Livingston; two brothers, Jesse Grubbs and John Grubbs, both of Wells, and 12 grandchildren.

Final Rites for Herman Fuller Held Thursday
Funeral services for James Herman Fuller, 66, of Rosevine, were held at 2 p.m Thursday at the Rosevine Church of God. The Rev. Bill Miller, pastor assisted by the Rev. Tommy Long and the Rev. C. L. Sachtlaben officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of the Wyman Roberts Funeral Home of San Augustine.
Pallbearers were Earl Williams, Ira Drawhorn, Bill Baber, Kenneth Baber, Keith, Tommy and Jimmy Fuller and Johnny Toner.
Fuller died suddenly at 11 p.m. Thursday at San Augustine. He was a native of Sabine County and member of the Church of God and a retired merchant.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Julia Fuller, six daughters, Mrs. Mildred Toner, Mrs. Ola Jean Ford both of Orange, Mrs. Narvalyn Ellison of Rosevine; Mrs. F. J. Cox of Houston, Mrs. Bill Baber of Beaumont and Mrs. Roland Bigley of Kingsville, Texas; seven sons, Conrad Fuller of Pasadena, James Fuller and Herman Fuller, Jr. both of Rosevine, Bobby J. Fuller of San Augustine, David Fuller of Bronson, Dwayne Fuller of Baytown and Winfred Wright of Port Neches. He is also survived by sisters, Mrs. Nina McLemore of San Augustine, Mrs. Tera Cousins of Carthage and Mrs. Bertha Williams of Conroe; one brother, Joe Fuller of Rosevine, 40 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
