 Henry M Feb 2 1842  Apr 9 1917 Photo   Sgt Co A Ala Inf CSA Per Ronald Wade - Henry Martin Revill, born in Darlington, SC, the son of Joseph John Revill (1809 ? 1870) and Martha White (1808 ? 1865).  On 16 Dec 1875 in Fincastle, Tx. he married Sarah Ella Parmer (1856 ? 1942).  Their children included Mary Ella Revill born about 1867, William Monroe Revill born about 1869, Elizabeth Revill born about 1877, Thredonia Revill born 1879, Hattie Revill (1881 ? 1967), James Ezra Buddy Revill (1884 ? 1959), Henry Joseph Revill born about 1888, Aron Revill born about 1890, and Hubert Revill (1895 - 1980).   During the Civil War he enlisted in 1861 in Co. A., 12th Alabama Regiment under Capt. Kinney & Col. Adams & 32nd Alabama Regiment.  He was discharged in 1864 due to a wound received in battle.
