Berg Family

 

Is this the William F. Berg family?
 

Two Berg families show up in the 1910 census for Wilbarger County :

1.) [Justice Precinct No. 4, ED 240, sheet 2A, call #158, line #9] : William F. Berg, a farmer aged 41, married for 20 years to Johanna, aged 43, mother of 12/8 still living. Both were born in Germany of German parents. Both immigrated to the U.S. in 1894, bringing with them at least two children, both daughters born in Germany - Anna, age 18 in 1910 and Bertha, age 16 also in 1910. Six other children are still living at home, all born in Texas: Willie, 14; Ernie, 12; Ida, 11; Frank, 9; Henry, 7; Augusta 4.

William's brother* :

2.) [Justice Precinct No. 4, ED 235, sheet 6B, line #39] August Berg, age 28, born Germany, both parents born Germany.  Married three years to Ida _?_, age 25, mother of one/one living.  She was born in Texas, both parents born in Germany. They have one child, Eirech, a 2-year old son born in Texas.

This is not my family. I have provided this small piece of research hoping to give some assistance since nothing had been provided when I began this gallery.  Colleen
