Scouting for Border Outlaws
Carrizo, Zapata Co, Tex, Nov 30 - Lieutenant Langhorne with Troops A and B, Third Calvary, from Fort Ringgold, is camped at Ramirefio, this county, and is sending out scouting parties in every direction to learn the where-abouts of a gang of outlaws reported to be forming in that vicinity. Captain Menchaca of the Mexican army is stationed on the opposite side of the Rio Grande with his command.
