Jim & Alice (Brandon) Ensminger; James Madison F. "Jim" Ensminger, born 1870 Washington Co., TN & Sarah Alice Brandon born 1874 Tarrant Co., TX.  They are buried in the Nolan Cemetery, Nolan Co., TX.

 Rev. Francis Edward Healer & Mary Louise (Cook) Healer:  Rev. Francis Edward Healer married Mary Louise Cook on June 1, 1941 at New Live Oak Baptist Church in Taylor Co., TX. They built a home in Sweetwater, TX in the late 1940's.  F.E. & Mary Louise Healer lived in the same house at 709 Pease St. until F.E.'s death in 1994.  Mary Louise moved from the house in the northeast part of Sweetwater a couple of years later.

The Healer Family - 2003:  This photograph was taken at the 80th birthday of mary Louise Cook Healer wife of Francis Edward (F.E.) Healer and matriarch of this "bunch".  Too many names to list.

 

Bob, Jean, Greg and Bobby Henthorne - Christmas 1975:  Bob, Jean, Bobby and Greg Henthorne – Christmas 1975:  Robert Aurelius (Bob) Henthorne, II,  married LaJuana Jean Healer. Robert Aurelius Henthorne III (Bobby) is Bob's son by a previous marriage.

W.H. "Bill" Henson became Assistant Superintendent of the Lone Star Cement when it opened in Maryneal, Nolan Co., TX... later became Superintendent following the transfer of Supt. Lloyd Arnold.  Submitted by:  Glenda Van Zandt Stroud

  Naomi and Nate Koch - Wedding Photo - 1944:  Laura Naomi Healer & Nathan Edward "Nate" Koch were married 2-27-1944 in Midland, TX.  Nate Koch was stationed at Pyote AFB, near Monahans.   Naomi Healer worked for Western Union at the base.

Thomas Franklin Price & Henrietta King.  This family moved from Ellis Co., TX to the area known as "the Divide" by 1910 where they settled.  The name refers to an area, but the town of Nolan, TX is also referred to as "Divide".  It is unknown at this time where the name Divide came from.  Taken about 1900. .... Lydia Alexander Tyler, Submitted by: Curtis D. Craig ... Lydia was the daughter of John McCoy Alexander and Drucilla McGee.  She married Brinkley Hickman Tyler July 4, 1865 in Bastrop Co., TX.  Hickman Tyler is buried in the Confederate Section of the State Cemetery, downtown Austin, TX.  There is a marker in that cemetery for Lydia, but she is buried in the Roscoe Cemetery, Roscoe, Nolan Co., TX.  Curtis Craig has a family history with pictures at the following location:    http://www.craigfamilytree.com/
