Ivy Lois Risinger
was born July 15, 1883, Burnet County, Texas, and died June 2, 1969, Nueces County, Texas. She is buried in the Sandia Cemetery,
Jim Wells County, Texas. Lois was the daughter of Daniel Hill (Dan) Risinger and Oceanica Annie Mae (Ocie) Groce, and was a niece of William Risinger of Burnet County. She married Oscar Lee Machen in 1908 and, after his death, married Rufus Luther Smith in 1922. Her children were: Sarah Mildred,
Eugene Victor, Katherine Lois, Oscar Warren, Ollene Janet, and Gertrude Lee Machen... and also Marjorie and Ida Maurine Smith. |
