Estate of J. L. Rountree, Dec'd E. F. Thomas, Admn
May 23rd 1890 And now on this the 23rd day of May 1890, came on to be heard and considered the application of E. F. Thomas, Administrator of said Estate, for an order to sell the Real Estate herinafter described belonging to the said Estate. And it appearing to the court from the evidence that a necessity exists for the sale of said Real property for the purpose of paying off the debts and claims which have been allowed by said Administrator and approved by the court against the said estate. And it further appearing to the court that said appliction is in due form and that all due and legal notices required by law of such application has been given. Wherefore, it is ordered and decreed by the court that the said E. F. Thomas, Administrator of the Estate of J. L. Rountree, Dec'd, be and he is hereby ordered and required to sell the following described real estate at private sale, to-wit: A certain lot of land situated in what is known as the Stapp addition to the town of Burnet, County of Burnet in the State of Texas. The said two acre lot being the same land conveyed by J. H. Stapp and Wife to said J. L. Rountree, and being the same lot owned, occupied and used by said J. L. Rountree as his homestead at the date of his death. And it is further ordered and decreed by the court that said Administrator be authorized to sell the said property for cash, or upon the length of credit as permitted by law in such cases, and to make report of any sale made under this order to this court in the manner required by law. |
