and Noah Thompson all sons of Andrew Jackson "Jack:"Thompson and Lera Sophie Wall. Noah L. Thompson born 22 May 1926 in Spicewood Attended Spicewood schools Inducted 29 Sept 1944 in Burnet County, TX in US Navy. Honorably discharged 6 March 1946, Camp Wallace, TX Seaman, 1st class. Transferred to the USS Caldwell (DD-605) 20 Jan 1945, South Pacific After the war, he attended Texas State Teachers College in San Marcos. Married Mary A. Albers on 23 Nov 1950, three children. Lived primarily in San Antonio area until 1990, when he moved to Cottonwood Shores died 8 February 1996 in Marble Falls. Buried at Rockvale Cemetery Find A Grave Memorial# 26595585 |
