I am researching Thomas DEAN b. July 1849 MS. married Saphronia WELDON b.July 1864 TX. This family was listed on
the 1900 McCullough Co., Tx census, however I do not know where they lived prior to that.
Thomas DEAN may be the brother of William DEAN who married Mary L. Gholson in Mitchell Co. on Aug.18, 1884. Any help would be
much appreciated.

where. He was born Oct.10, 1897 in Hamilton County, Tx. died Oct.17, 1963, buried in
Colorado City. I need to know which cemetery. His wife is Fannie Belle Rhodes Mikle born Aug.31, 1903 in Hamilton Co.,
Tx. I need a death date on her and where she is buried. Any help appreciated.

was Fenton? He married Margaret MESSER
b. June 19,1868. They had 13 children born in Waxahachie, Tx.1885-1912, and also raised 3
orphans. I am looking for the names of the orphan children and parents of N. R.MILES and
Margaret MESSER.The family moved to Mitchell Co. at some point as I found some of the
gravesites in Colorado City, Tex.

1890 and 1891 and lived in the Winnsboro area most of their lives. The ROGERS line goes

I am looking for info on Ada COLLEDA b. 9-23-1929 in Mitchell
Co.,Tx. Her birth certificate says it was filed in Colorado--so I assume they meant
Colorado City. She was the daughter of Nicolo Tony & Ora Pearl
COOPER COLLIDA. My grandfather said that she died in Mitchell Co. at just a few
years old before 1933, and that she was also called Violet Nell
COLLIDA. Would like to find info-place of burial and date of death.

Looking for details of death and place of burial for my g-g-grandfather, Walter Crockett Hunter. I copied this from the Texas Heritage Vol 3
No.1 Summer 1997>W.C. Hunter, aprominent sheepman late of Coleman County was found
murdered on his ranch, 20 miles north of Colorado City, on Wed. He had sold his wool and
was supposed to have considerable money in his possession. He was buried here today.
Hunter was well off and leaves a family. Colorado City Tx.May 30, 1884Susan E. Cook Hunter
and some of his children are buried in Trickham cemetery in Coleman County, Tx. Thank you

NEELY - COLLINS PALO PINTO/HOOD/PARKER/ERATH Counties in Texas. Isaac
Newton NEELY, Nancy COLLINS, Jesse COLLINS, Arthur Vinson NEELY, Charles NEELY.
Know the family of Charles Neely, born 1820's, wife Jane Ann NEWTON, arrived in this area in the 1850's. Charles was
born in Tennessee as was his first two sons (I.N. and A.V.) Arthur marries Julia A. Robinson.
I.N. and A.V. were children of Charles first wife who the children list as having been
born in Tenn, whereas Jane Ann NEWTON was born in Arkansas. Possible that the mother's
first name was Louisa (both boys name their first girl
Louisa). Any information on these families, where to verify or refute, would be greatly
appreciated.
