This day personally came Harriet x Wright and William F. Wright, applicant for letters of administration on the Estate of Clayborn Wright, dead, and being duly sworn according to Law, deposeth and saith that there are eight legal heirs to said estate, children of the deceased. Viz.: Henrietta Martin, Travis G. Wright, John Wright, George Wright, Adam M. Wright, Alexander Wright, John Wright and Ashley Wright, all residents in the County of Miller and further states that the deceased died without a will as far as each of them knows or believes and that they will well and truly administer all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits of the deceased and pay his debts as far as the assets which may come to their hands will extend and the law direct and that they will make a true and perfect inventory of all the goods and chattels, rights and credits of the deceased and to account for any pay over according to law all assets which shall come to their hands possession or knowledge.
