Know all men by these presents that we, Harriet H. Wright and William F. Wright as principals, and Travis G. Wright and George C. Witmore and Jacob Black as securities, are held and firmly bound unto John Pope, Governor of the Territory of Arkansas or his successors in office in the sum of five thousand dollars, the payment thereof well and truly to be made. We bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dates this the 26th day of July, A. D., 1830. The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden Harriet H. Wright and William F. Wright, Administrators of all and singular the goods, chattels, rights and credits of Clayborn Wright, deceased, do make or cause to be made, a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods, chattels, rights and credits of the said deceased which have or shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of them, the said Harriet H. Wright and William F. Wright or into the hands or possession of any person for them and the same so made do return and exhibit in the office of the clerk of the county court for the County of Miller on or before the twenty-third day of September next and all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits of the deceased which shall come to the hands, possessions or knowledge of the said Harriet H. Wright and William F. Wright shall well and truly administer according to law and pay the debts of the deceased as far as his assets shall extend and the law direct and further make or cause |
