Ada Floyd Mitchell, 52, of Burnet, died Oct. 22, 1987.
Born February 24, 1935, in Fairland, the daughter of Charlie R. Floyd and the former Nellie Buck,
she was a lifelong resident of Burnet and Williamson counties and was a
member of the Baptist church. She was preceded in death by her
parents, one brother and two sisters.
Funeral services were held Sunday in the Clements-Wilcox Chapel in
Burnet with Rev. Max Copeland officiating. Interment followed at
the Liberty Hill Cemetery under the direction of Clements-Wilcox
Funeral Home.
Survivors include: one son, Tony Mitchell of Burnet; one daughter, Brenda Mitchell of Burnet; and two brothers, Charles Cecil Floyd of Burnet and Asa Lee Floyd of Liberty Hill.
Pallbearers were Charles Edward Floyd, Asa Lee Floyd Jr., Jimmy Sheffield, Tommy Long, Gary Chewy and Roel Alaniz.
