Mrs. Emma Quebedeaux, who died in Georgetown was shipped here last Friday and interred in the family cemetery in the Spicewood community.

She was a sister of Lee Burnam of Double Horn, and a relative of the Fowler's, Yett's, and Burnam's.  The Messenger extends sympathy to the sorrowing ones.

Transcriber's note:
There was no listing for Mrs. Quebedeaux in Burnet County Cemetery Records, 1852-1982.  However, an Emma Burnam is in the Fowler Cemetery, 2 miles west of Spicewood.  The entry for Emma Burnam is: "Emma (wife of Walter Quebedeaux), born 27 Aug 1860; died 4 Aug 1915."  Tombstone Photo here.

1900 US Census, Travis County,
listed an Emma Quebedeaux, age 39, born Aug 1860 in Texas, married to Walter Quebedeaux, living in Austin City, Travis County, Texas.
