Healer: Rev. Francis Edward
Healer married Mary Louise Cook on June 1,
1941 at New Live Oak Baptist Church in
Taylor Co., TX. They built a home in
Sweetwater, TX in the late 1940's. F.E.
& Mary Louise Healer lived in the same house
at 709 Pease St. until F.E.'s death in 1994.
Mary Louise moved from the house in the
northeast part of Sweetwater a couple of
years later.

Monahans. Naomi Healer worked

This family moved from Ellis Co., TX to the
area known as "the Divide" by 1910 where
they settled. The name refers to an
area, but the town of Nolan, TX is also
referred to as "Divide". It is unknown
at this time where the name Divide came
from.

... Lydia was the daughter of John McCoy
Alexander and Drucilla McGee. She
married Brinkley Hickman Tyler July 4,
1865 in Bastrop Co., TX. Hickman
Tyler is buried in the Confederate
Section of the State Cemetery, downtown
Austin, TX. There is a marker in
that cemetery for Lydia, but she is
buried in the Roscoe Cemetery, Roscoe,
Nolan Co., TX. Curtis Craig has a
