were Alfred D. Wade (1927-1935), Dorothy J. Wade born 1929 and
Gwendyleen Wade born 1931. Professor Wade and his family were not
related to the other Wade families in Upshur County but did come
from Rome, Floyd Co., Ga., not too far from the Joseph Berry Wade
and son, Whitfield Wade families of Auraria, Ga., who settled in
Upshur Co. as well. |
