Juries Disagree The juries in both the Yardley and Woodward
cases failed to agree, which made three hung juries for the present
session of District Court. These three cases occupied two of the
three weeks of District Court and they were all here on change of venue
from other counties.
Both Yardley and Woodward have each been tried several times in this county and as a consequence Judge Martin has changed them to Llano. The Gray case has been tried here twice and we presume will come to trial again in Burnet next District Court. |
