The Family Histories, descendancies and ancestors of the settlers given below have been donated
by various individuals, some with sources, some without.   Neither TXGenWeb, USGenWeb
and Blanco County, it's webpage, nor its County Coordinator, make any claims
as to their accuracy or authenticity.   It is up to the individual to verify the accuracy and sources
if he or she so wishes.   Histories, photos, and family trees of settlers and their homesteads are
always welcome. Please send in Report format of either Descendancy Tree, Ancestral Book or
Report  for pedigrees. For biographies or histories, please submit in ASCII (.txt) or Word (.doc or .docx), Rich Text (.rtf) formats.

(First County Clerk for Blanco County, later served as a County Judge and was a Methodist Circuit Rider. He laid the cornerstone for the Methodist Church in Blanco that is today an historical landmark. His grandson, James Robert Johnson, is the longest serving Sheriff in Blanco County history)
